Federated’s Board of Directors is comprised of 20 members, representing the 10 regions
of NRECA. Each region selects two directors, one manager/director and one director/director.
Each director must come from a different state within a region. Directors must be
managers or directors of a Federated policyholder and are elected by the policyholders.
